Ecological Landscape Design
There is nothing like careful design to get a project going.
We at Terra Nova support that. We are proud to have Jerob Chop on our design team.
Jerob is a top notch landscape designer and mural artist. Working with Terra Nova owner Ken Foster, Jerob has tons of resources, plant knowledge and skill to get our clients exited about their sites. Please call us at 831-425-3514 for information about our design services.

July 26th, 2010 at 1:20 pmHi Ken and Jerob from Chico CA, I got Ken’s name from David Blume’s (“Alcohol Can be a Gas”) booth at SolFest ’10. I was discussing the possibility of using alcohol in my landscape machinery and other ecological landscaping ideas. My brand new company will be called Aqua Terra Landscapes pending my passing the state Contractor’s exam in November. Tom Foster and Aqua Terra would like to “meld minds” with Ken Foster and Terra Nova. Can we trade ideas?

Nice landscaping planning, colorful yet not too complicated.

December 20th, 2010 at 12:14 pmYou made some nice points there. I did a search on the subject matter and found mainly people will consent with your blog.
April 10th, 2011 at 3:04 pmThere seems to be a pretty good reader response here. It’s a lot easier than people think to put your own advertising solution on your blog. You can buy this really cheap software that you can use on all of your websites in order to allow visitors to place ads. Instead of getting a 30% commission, 10% commission or pennies on the dollar like you get with Adsense, you can keep 100% of the ad fees. If you still want to run your other affiliate ads, you still can. It can even be used as a WordPress plugin right out of the box! This particular ad manager can save you time while making you more money. Just think of the possibilities. Check it Out -> http://adf.ly/1TxpT

May 24th, 2011 at 7:22 pmHi Everyone,
June 3rd, 2011 at 7:54 pmI’m glad to see a new blogg on one of the most unpleasant and destructive aspects of life in our “modern” world. I’m old enough to remember how enjoyable it once was to spend time in the lovely garden my father created (all without the use of blowers and wackers.)
I used to read books and sketch landscapes in the fragrant quiet until the last rays of sunset left only a canopy of evening starlight.
It’s so rare to find peace now. I’ve just about given up on changing things in this prim and proper unfriendly neighborhood.
Eventually the turmoil in the Middle East will launch us all into James Howard Kunstler’s “Long Emergency” or his “World Made By Hand.” Either way this foolishness will stop. Why doesn’t anyone see that the extreme weather we’ve suffered is another aspect of rising temps in the Gulf? The oceans are dying, the CO2 level is rising, and our forests are in flames.
I loved Jacob’s murals and landscape design!
Wish I could help the person who feels like leaving her neighborhood because of the racket and pollution.
Keep the faith,
Rives
I think people should think more about ecological landscape design. You can design a really beautiful yard by using landscaping stones and other “natures own” materials.
September 18th, 2011 at 4:35 amThis is really incredible. You obviously have a team of people to do some wonderful things. A lot of people don’t even realize how important it is to really plan out a project before beginning, how much time and money that really saves.
